Under the guidance and nurturance of François Depelteau, Frederic Vanderberghe, and others, the paradigm of relational sociology has been growing in importance.  Sadly, François passed away suddenly last year.  He will be missed by many.  Recently, I contributed a Chapter to his edition of the Palgrave Handbook of Relational Sociology:
